your top adsense ad is not properly aligned with the website.

you don't need the http: // www when describing your website

The texts in the homepage are loading slow. You need to add more unique contents to it to generate more traffic.

Drop the font size down by 1 and add a lineheight atrribute so the text is a little more spaced out othr then that it looks ok,
