I personally post in forums to build one-way links, not for traffic purposes.

Social bookmarking sites provide a good traffic to your site. Digg and Reddit are the major bookmarking sites that bring traffic to your site...

but don't forget to add Facebook and Twitter to your social marketing tools.

Facebook.com has more than 250 million registered users. That's a big market for all of us.

The great thing about Facebook is that you can specify the target demographics for your ads.
