Protect our web site from being copied by others

Hello all,

How can we protect our web site from being copied by others?

if any one steal our entire web site and publish in any other domain, is there any cyber law to prohibit???

any idea?

i unfortunatly had my site suspended on the good faith beilef we were violating itelectual copyright

so much so that it was us who had to prove we werent and not him that we were?

NO, there is not, i have seen some freeware that copy whole your site in some secound and wupi!, that site be anothers site. but ..
1 - content is gold and that,s you can continou with that content and not det other..
2 - search engines like google and yahoo can se your site is older than the copy site...
