Here are the possible ways to avoid IR35
- Operate as your own limited company, not under an umbrella company.
Only create business-to business contracts, never contracts for “personal service”
Create fixed outcome/fixed fee contracts. These are always outside IR35.
Avoid any kind of contract based on per hour or per day fees.
Never allow the company that hires you to dictate to you as if you were an employee. Walk off the job if they try.

Re: What are the possible ways to avoid IR35?
1. Don’t attract HMRC’s attention in the first place
2. Avoid replacing an employee
3. Pay for a contract review
4. Ensure you’re not named in the contract
5. Secure a ‘confirmation of arrangements’ from the client
6. Keep a contractor diary
7. Make sure you are not controlled
8. Secure a right of substitution and exercise it if possible
9. Avoid ‘mutuality of obligation’
Hope this information is helpful to you
