Does sitemap in yahoo has any relevance? Is it beneficial to make the yahoo sitemap for ranking of keywords in yahoo?

Sitemap not help to improved ranking but it can help for improved indexing.

Sitemap will help Yahoo bot to crawl all the pages of your website only. It is not related to better ranking.

In my opinion sitemap increases the relevancy of the page but does not increase the ranking of the site

Sometimes even you use sitemap 3 of your sub pages has the possibility that the page will not indexed buy search engine that's why I use deep linking for my page to be indexed fast.

Sitemaps usually depends on how big a site is. I handled a site before wherein it is really hard to outline all the pages in a sitemap.
