Hey! On Twitter, how do some people get so many followers, and only follow a far lesser amount? E.g., Awesome Andy is following only 10 people and has 10k followers.

It is all about their awesome tweets, right?

What am I missing?

Whould you consider it ok to copy other popular posts at facebook and post them on twitter, in hopes of it also becoming popular on twitter? Only to get more followers!
