it seems there is another update on PR of Google - anyone has noticed that change?

I didn't notice any Googles.com PR updates, Since my site lost their PR long time ago, I actually stopped paying attention to this issue. It seams to me Gle is not paying so much attention to this issue either.

the office 2nd quarter update should be end of April, i agreed.
just today, i noticed some of my pr2 subpages have gained pr3 - it is strange
can it happen?

Google isn't following the quarterly Pr update pattern anymore. Last year there was a period of 6 months without any PR updates... so who knows when is next one!
