I think you are using high competitive keywords for your website. using overture u can select right keywords for your website and then optimize your website for these keyword. dont worry your site llget ranking, so do optimize for right keywords.

If you want to see your site in 50 or in 10 then you have to do something different.First you take some keywords which have less competition.And then pramote your site through that keywords.As i know we have to take key words with highest demand to lowest supply.

Much better if you choose a most searched keyword related to your site's theme/content that has less competitors.
