This professional marketing & doctor marketing strategy is about the power of focused marketing.
First, let me state a FACT: You simply cannot be everything to everyone.
And, as you know, there is tremendous VALUE in focusing your marketing efforts on a target(ed) market, group, area, etc.
Before you start advertising or marketing your product or service, you need to figure out who your target market is.
In other words, who is most likely to buy from you?
For example, lets say that you don’t have a specific geographic area you want to market to…it is likely that you will target a specific age group, gender or people most likely in need of your specific solution.
Remember, too many choices paralyze people, and that usually delays (or eliminates) a person’s buying decision. If you are a doctor, you have the freedom to list all of your services BUT you cannot “advertise” or have an offer (or call-to-action) for all of your services at once.
If you own a watch store, you do have the freedom to offer a coupon or a discount on all of your watches BUT you will not want to offer 20 different coupons or offers for 20 different watches.
Focus your marketing efforts on one specific product or service, and you will save yourself a lot of time, energy and a tremendous amount of money.
And, you will be able to truly maximize the buying power of your target market.
