the more keywords you use,, the better...

The only negative thing some seo are doing is putting all,, their keywords to one article making that article sound so spammy and unreliable.

as long as it is relevant to your site....

I think some site submissions only accept 5 keywords...

i usually use 5-20 keywords per page. 10 at most for long tailed kw.

Yes, there is some type of limit to the keywords. I mean that you should target specific pages for specific keywords. That way you can put the relevancy necessary to rank high for a short list of important terms.
