Well according to "experts'" tips, you should follow a 6% to 7% keyword density, but I also don't know what's the sense or if it really has an effect

Keyword density is no longer important now when it comes to writing content. Instead, you should focus on the quality and the natural flow of your article. If you should use keywords, then do so, just do not compromise the quality and readability of your article because of this. If you will really look into keyword density, you have to be aware that most article directories accept only a maximum of 2.0 keyword density. More than this and you will already be seen as keyword spamming.

It doesn't have a big impact. Keyword density is not that essential. Writing quality content is much more important.

There are many opinion regarding it. There is no written details from Google or any other search engine. I would prefer to keep it under 2%. Actually I advice you to write content for visitors not for search engine.

Keyword density is very important for seo. It can give you best result in serp. Keyword density is one of many ways for search engines to determine how relevant a web page is to a specific keyword or key phrase. It is an indication of often the chosen keyword appears on the page. While it is important to use your keywords regularly, you want to be careful not to go overboard.

It doesn't matter how many keywords you have used on a page but they should be used properly and shouldn't spoil the impression from the content. I guess 2-3 keywords or keyword phrases are enough for one page.

yes quality of content is important . at the same time pages should include keywords in the body text with a density of 3-8% to provide clear relevance.
