How long should it take a blog that is already indexed in google and yahoo to be indexed in MSN? Please list any tips and tricks to speed up the process.

Difficult!! i personally find difficult to optimise on MSN with comparison to yahoo and google.

Unable to answer. In my experience the indexing of a website is as follows;

google-first

yahoo second

msn third and goes on.

With regards to the tactics, I don't think there's a particular tactic for faster indexing in MSN. Just do how you do it on all other SEs.
