Oh it's impossible to get in there in a month. It takes months or year. All you need to do is learn how SEO works. Or else better do the PPC campaign(adwords) but you need to handle it properly and pay Google to be on the top list.

You must have patience.I don't think you can have your site top ranked in a month. You should make some on page and off page Seo. Building links is important, also having good content. But I repeat it takes time.

You cannot get it ranked within a month. But you may be able to if your competition is low. Is your page ranked at 700th position just after indexed or after 3 months of indexed.

In case if your page is ranked on 700th position just after indexed, dont worry just try doing some backlinks and give some time. If your working on SEO you should be able to rank it within 3 months considering that your competition is medium.
