If "doable" or "easy" to you means targeting less competitive keywords, I suggest you choose geo-specific ones. That, however, translates to lesser traffic.

This is a lousy way of tricking us to click on your link. If you really can't decide, why not do some prework and ask people their opinion.

I suggest use long tail keyword, its less competition and it won't risk the traffic.

Are you targeting boyton audience only? if not then I suggest to eliminate that word and stick with Pain Management. :)

Use the Google keyword tool to come up with the right keywords. Yeah, long-tail ones would be the way to go!

My process is different for each client, based on needs and budget, but here's the main idea:

1. Gather baseline analytics and competitive positioning
2. Work with client to determine goals of project
3. Research keywords based on the focus of each page, including trending
4. Develop effective title tags, description tags and alt text
5. Optimize on-page copy for SEO keywords, including links
6. Continue to track analytics and make edits where needed

I think the keyword you have targeted is proper, you have to go with some off page submissions.

The best way to get the best keywords for your site or business is search for it using google adwords. And when it comes in choosing keywords, better choose keywords with low competitive results but high in search results in search engines. And it would be better if you use long tail keywords.
