Any good web hosting company to suggest??

Hi all,

i am in search of good web host, keeping following things in mind

1. Linux hosting
2. Control panel (access to .htaccess and logs)
3. good tech support
4. affordable
5. 99% uptime

since i am using pure html as of now. cheap vendor without database also ok for me.

pls give any references

I suggest hostgator, they're all in there 'though they might not suit your "cheap" needs. the usual cheap hosts has a lot of downtime, not recommended at all. there are also expensive hosts that has a lot of downtime and that suck more bad! but in hostgator, you're getting what you're paying. best host so far...

You can also check out 000webhost. I m not sure they use linux but they are free and their service is awesome

Dreamhost is pretty reliable. You can also get free domains from them. They always give promo codes.

I suggest you should try hostgator, I'm not having problems with hostgator and it easy to use.

I think you can check out hostgator and 000webhost . both of them are really good for all.

Your experience might be different but I have many complaints from PowWeb and Dot5Hosting. Those companies just took my money and provided me with bad customer support and my websites would always be down. Today I use Just Host for my web hosting and I’m very satisfied. As long as you do a little research before buying your web hosting you will be fine.
