Don't wary for the submitting, it's mater of effort and time then your website will be listed in most major search engine
You need to submit you site in any search directory
Also, some thing important, when your website has large number of pages the chance is much easier to be listed
Submit you site in this directories her

Your title should fit the theme of your page. If it does it will provide a little benefit.

I have seen very long domain name. It wants to catch many keywords to fit for search engine result. IMO, I would prefer a short and memorable name.

I can say from experience that the Title tag matters,

try to put the keywords that you want to rank on, in the beginning

use a different title for every different page

your site will do better :-)
