PR-5 Shopping site/Quality Link Exchange

Hi,

I am having couple of sites. First i want to start with my shopping site in UK with PR-5 and for all categories in my site and ALEXA Ranking <55,000 and more than 3000 pages indexed and generating more organic results. For further fine tuning my website i need quality link exchange from other sites with the same quality. I wont allow any of my linking page to exceed more than 100 link per page and expecting the same from others and i am less interested in giving links to "resources" page and "links" page.
