How do I remove old URLs from Google's index?

Hello, I'm looking for help. Recently, I've been changing the URLs of some pages on my website, and now Google has included all the URLs, old and fresh ones, in the index. Is there a way to delete old URLs from the index without loss?

Sign in to your Google Search Console account. Select the right property. Click the Removals button in the right-column menu. Choose Remove this URL only , enter the URL you want to remove and hit the Next button.
