Getting hits from SPAM sites?! Fake Referals

Hi there.

I was looking through my website statistics the other day.
Down at the bottom of the list, i saw a few rather suspicious looking URL's that i had only got one or two hits from. I clicked on them to see where these hits were coming from and they turned out to be SPAM sites.

I couldn't see any link to my site on them. How does this work? Why am i getting hits from dodgy sites??

any idea where they come from? is it spam bots or what?

some sites after they've updated their page,, your link will be transfer to other pages..
