How Long Does Google Take

I was just wondering with some of my previous websites, how long it actually takes google to list you within their pages, i have around 80 backlinks but nothing showing up in google at all
any ideas.

Maybe your site is not that crawlable by Googlebots, Try repoptimizing your site and then continue link building

can you provide any tips to optimize, i think i have done all the on page optimization.

I wouldn't say you've done enough optimization of your site, if you are talking about a site listed in your signature.
Your title tag contain too many characters 100. The maximum number of characters suggested for this tag is 80.
I've noticed you have the following major keywords within your content: "control", "mass", "revealed", "frank", but you don't have any hyperlinks with those keywords. You also don't use any keywords within your heads tags, like <h1>, etc.
Maybe you were talking about different site, then specify it, otherewise I think you have to keep working on your site optimization

call googleBot with an special meta tag to call serp OR add a page in your site and update your sitemap
better
