What will you do to promote your site in these tough times?

Daily the recession's bite is being felt more and more around the world. Are you considering changing how you manage/promote your website or will you still keep on doing what you're doing irrespective of the economic climate?

I've heard some webmasters talk about cutting back on their promotional budgets while others think this is the time to increase that.

Focus on free promotions and free advertisements. You don't have to spend huge amount of money for promotions. It is how and what techniques you're going to use.
