What is the proper time need to assign for on page SEO? I am new in SEO professional. How much time is proper to spend for on-page optimization?

As early as possible. Onpage SEO should start from designing your site. You must choose your target keywords and make metatags. Make sure the site structure is SEO-friendly too.

Actually, Doing on-page should start first then next is the offpage to build backlinks to your site. Onpage is one way to make your site more visible in search engines.
