Someone completely copy my site

For more then 2 weeks now I am trying to get rid of a copycat. This site enlargement-facts.org has completely copy my site with the intention to hurt my ranking in google. I have sent emails to him,his registrar, google and his hosting webair.com with no results at all. Webair told me that the complaints have to in compliance with the DMCA so I send them such email also with no results. Maby someone know this guy who do this or he is a affiliate who attack his competion this way.

That really sucks. People should be shot for such tactics. How close is the other site word for word? or similar articles rewording your content? Is there any authority that has some control on the net i highly doubt it.

He completely copy it page by page. In the meantime i have made some changes to my site and google has removed some pages of his site.
But he is still there even after dozens of emails to his host webair.com
To hire a hitman is not a bad idea
