PLZ Suggest windows hosting of my website

After a period of 20 months, I found out that my website is rated as slow web in Alixa and that problem out of the sever I think

Now I need to transfer my website to new hosting provider, but I would like to have windows server supports PHP,MySql
Another thing, I need something around 1GB with at least of 20 GB traffic or band width

Would you please suggest an excellent hosting provider, cheep and has a good support

Well, I have been cheated 2 times last week, any how I lost 20$

What I need is simple and easy

Windows HostingHas file manger that I could upload and extract zip.tr files, I say that because I find may hosting provider they don't have this function

5 MySql Database
5 MMSL Database
1 GB disk space
5 GB data transfer
Other feature I don't care
All should be less than 5$/mo free setup
