Google Click Fraud Lawsuits

I wish i could get some of the money i lost on Google Adwords due to click fraud. I have since had to stop all PPCs for my site until something comes out that is better. I cant pay for click fraud. So, now i guess my competition won by cheating.

We are in a similar situation, we are a smller sized compant and can not affors the invalid clicks we get from adwords.

Recently we did receive a small amount of money back from Google, after we proved categorically that we had suffered, they are making a lot of money out of there customers and do not care, until there share price tumbles further, especaially if enough people start to shout they will do noting about it.

How were you able to prove it? I just can't afford all those click fraud websites fees. Can I find it in my access logs?

Till now, I am fine with adwords.

they have a tracking system now, its easier to identify where those clicks are coming from.

it is a for china, so its very limited. if you want to target the market of china then you should go for baidu.
