Linking to authority sites

Post by localboy »

I know that getting IBLs from authority domains is good, and that linking to bad sites from yours, can be bad 'juju'. But can you get some sort of search engine gain by linking to a few 'good' or authority sites?

For example, if I had a health site, and I linked to the world health organization site for the benefit of my visitors, could that hurt or harm my site? Or would it have no effect at all?

Can anyone say from experience .... ?

It will not harm your site because world health organization is a related site about health site. there is a lot of good site on which you can found in the internet. Google does not allowed link farm or site that is not related to your and used of excessive reciprocal links. You need to get a site that is related to yours
