page rank
right now i am listing my sites by the page rank of the directories. i started with the highest and working my way down. how far should i go?
page rank 4? or should i just list in all? even page rank of 0? i guess my question is, does the page rank of directories have an effect on my sites page rank??

I agree, there is no amount of links to your site that will hurt you, they can only helpharrysmith wrote:James,
You should consider submission at directories having pr 0 also, you know pr of that directory may also increase in near future, so why to loose those

Hi James,
Starting from top is a good way to go, as you work your way down of course being sure the diretories are of quality and have listings of good sites.
Although it would be nice to be able to find an unending list of higher PR directories to submit to we know this isn't possible, so keep in mind that although these directories may only be PR0 when you submit to them the likely hood of their PR rank improving in the near future is good, so I would recommend submitting to these PR0 directories as long as they are well maintained and of quality.

I agree.. I have tried submitting my site to those directories that are PR 0 before, and it doesn't harm my site.. but when I submitted a new site again those directories that has PR 0 before, those sites have now PR which some of them are PR 4 and up...vietnamimpressive wrote:agreed with easycash81, everyone is starting at pr=0 so no harm or you should support those
