Thier are many directory submission websites are available online where you can submit the link without any pay, but you need to wait minimum 4 to 6 week for approval.

I tried to submit a site on DMoz like 4 months ago and its still not there... any ideas how to get listed on dmoz directory?

yes there is lot of free sites out there,but it take times to review and publish your ad
