Dear Experts,

As it was quite clear in panda update that duplicate content will not be tolerated by Big G. In penguin they putted more light over it by stopping and penalizing spamming website. I just wanted to know that 1 Article on 1 website will work always but in present scenario article syndication like one article into many directory have their own presence or this process has been closed for SEOs?

Hope I'd get better ideas here.

May have to wait a long time to google crawl your pages,
and pages you have to submit to a quality backlink is created to be fast, efficient, and durable.
