Directories are very good at getting your page rank up and eventually getting traffic to your site. Business is good because it usually brings targeting traffic but it doesnt have the span that yahoo does. When you get listed in yahoo, your site is also put on its partner sites. Business has some partner sites but you might want to see what traffic they produce each month. Here is a site that gives you addresses to a lot of free and paid directories that can help you out

Just weigh the pros and cons of business and yahoo and see if you want to spend the extra for yahoo or keep with business. Either way you cant hurt yourself. Your site will be picked up very easily if you are in these directories. Good luck!

It is too expensive and you can submit your site to a lot of free directories.
