This is not new to me ie is always like that. That's why i stick to mozilla for my work and when I'm browsing and chatting using FB, i use google chrome coz it never hang up when the message pops up. unlike mozilla.

IE has been the well-known browser until other better browsers like Firefox came. Microsoft must implement continuous improvement and adding some interesting and really useful stuff to keep their IE popular...
