Site Migration Issue Faced

Hello Everyone, I am a newcomer to this group. Basically, I want to migrate my site. Basically, my site https://www.exactlly.com/blog/index.php ... -best-one/ is from HTML to PHP. I want this migration due to google optimisation. Because of various optimisation things I have to do on my site but unable to do that in HTML due to static website. So I want to migrate it to PHP which is dynamic. So if anyone from here knows the steps and related things please let me know. Thanks in advance.
