Hi,
Local search engines play a very important role while you want to promote your services to a particular area. You can refer the sites below. Both of the sites are submitted to local search engines and are performing better.

actually, I y don't think that you should submit to SEs Let them find your site naturally then ur sites pr and ranking will increased automatically.

There's no need to submit your site to SEs. Robots will crawl it eventually. If you want targeted traffic, choose geo-specific keywords. That's what you should do.
