If it comes at me, I will say google is the best search engine among all. Google provide the best service to users. The main reason for google to become different and better is the algorithms used by google with a particular time gap.

You need Google analytics for tracking your traffic. Google webmaster tools for tracking your keywords. And Yahoo site Explorer to track links back to your site as Google does like to provide this info in a reliable manner.
