Comment tags

I read somewhere that Inktomi reads comments tags - so i put some on just above my metatag and hey presto I have some links on that engine!! Has anyone else had this experience..??

not yet experienced this. but i agree in placing comment tags in your source code. it helps you identify the use of each part of the source code

As far as I remember, every search engine say that they see page as if a lynx browser see.. so may be tags are not valuable in comments.

I don't have any experience on that Inktomi yet... But I usually doesn't place kws on comments.
