I was possible to list a webpage free of any charge up to yesterday in MSN

Mysite can be found in yahoo, but not in MSG engine!

MSN is still using the Yahoo database, so you can submit to:

http://search.yahoo.com/info/submit.html

MSN is planning on launching its own search engine very soon at which point you may need to resubmit your site or if you have a few links from other sites, it may be discovered by the new MSN bot.

I have never gotten any results of submitting to Search Engines. Inbound LInks is the only thing that helped my rankings.

You don't need to submit MSN. If your site have a lot of quality incoming links from other sites, they will automatically index your site.

It is not need to submit your site to any search engine. If your site has good content and resonable backlink they will index your site without any request.
