How can i find out if and where i rank in bing.com.
I am talking about europe and i always get the local results no matter what i do.
Any tips for figuring out if i rank.

Contact bing webmaster for the same.. They will tell you the exact process of doing the search.

You can get Bing.com result by selecting United States option or you can simply clicked on the option "United States" that is usually displayed in the bottom of Bing.

Does anyone knows good places to create backlinks for Bing?

Bing has Page Score, you can check that in Bing Webmaster Tool!

The best way is using bing webmaster tools.It's totally great.

The best way to know is through traffic statistics site, Statcounter or Analytics would record and show reports on where your site's traffic came from,especially from search engines and what are the keywords used in finding your site.

When i need BING to show the US search results,just go to http://www.bing.com/worldwide.aspx then select the country.

For example, if you are looking for bing UK, google it as "bing UK" and check out the site that come up top.
