Bing Doesn't Index my site... No matter what

I have contacted the team several times, and they would always respond with issues with their guidelines, whereas, they would never exactly tell what is the issue with them.
I have checked and i don't find any violations.

Hi,
I also have the same problem on my website, I'm looking for tools to solve this problem a seo or digital tool to automate the indexing. In short, I'm still struggling.
