Keyword proximity

Hi, can anybody tell me what is keyword proximity !

Keyword proximity is essentially the nearness of several keywords to each other on the page. You want them to be near each other so that they will all appear in the search engines. Be careful though, because if they are too close (e.g. three keywords showing up one after another), you could be penalized for stuffing.

Keyword density is the percentage of times a keyword or phrase appears on a web page compared to the total number of words on the page.
