Reputation management has nothing to do with your website traffic . Online reputation direct effects the sale of your business. If you want to improve the online reputation of your company then increase the positive search results about your company and for this you can encourage your current client to post the positive review about you on review sites and Google My Business.

Having a good reputation is the need of the hour for any business. If the users are talking ill about the brand/its offerings, then you are sending users to your competitors. Thus, having a positive brand image online is a must. With that being said, you can do the following to enhance your brand reputation online.
1. Set up Google Alert for your brand as this would keep you notified about what people are talking about your brand
2. Get your business listed in business listing sites (ensure the profile is 100% completed)
3. Get your business on various social media's & keep posting stuff regularly
4. Respond to both positive & negative reviews coming from users on different platforms

I think if you don't fully understand this issue, then it's better to entrust this business to professionals. So you at least get a guaranteed result and will claim someone in case of anything.
At least I did that way by contacting to New York reputation management company. Managers are pleasant in communication, they provide detailed progress reports.
By the way, I cooperate with them in different directions. Starting from the development of web design, setting up my sites, ending with advertising and reputation online.
How do you like this idea?
