Is google updating in September ? The keywords of my website jumped awake, no one was like me ?

I noticed that there are fluctuation in ranking. So, I read in some seo news site if google is updating their algorithm. Unfortunately, John Mueller did not say anything about it.

Penguin real time ? I don't know Google already finished update or not . Cause my keywords is dancing all day
