Google Mapping

I remember a site, i think it might have been an edu site,
where you could plug in a domain, submit and this online
web application from this site would render a map of all the
sites ( just as google would see it ) linking back to the domain.

Does anyone know where i can find this or another site that does this ?

You can always use Google itself. The search "link:www.someurl.com" will show all the sites that have links to www.someurl.com
