Having Issues To Rank For The Keyword Genoxidil in Mexico`s SERPS

Hi!

Does anyone knows why some Kw`s are harder to rank on Google? We`re currently working to rank a Keyword in Google Mexico but it looks like it`s stucked in page 3. The keyword hasn´t even jump to page 2, no matter what we do, it refuses to do it. The keyword we´re targeting is Genoxidil Mexico and is involved with the health/wellness niche.

Any kind of help will be appreciated.
