I have a Google Cramped brain & will beg for SEO help

I don't have a new site....it's about 2 1/2 years old. I need some SEO Help.

It has been a slow journey...but I 'THINK' we have a pretty clean site. I rank in the top 15 with rather Yahoo or MSN............

Google nope!
I did run the index tool and have been indexed 40 times in the past 30 days....but I am nowhere!

I have tweaked.......revamped........become frame free (last year)........written a Blog by hand........

I GIVE UP!

Any SEO advice would be advice greatly appreciated!
I admit I am NO SEO expert but would like to be found.....
