This marketing strategy is about Facebook fan pages.
By now, you are likely aware that Facebook allows you to create fan pages. Your fan page is where you can promote your business, service, products, etc. And the great news is that Google indexes these fan pages - which means you can end up in the organic search listing on the left side of the page when somebody searches for your product, business or service.
Having another page/website that helps you build your name, brand and fame…as well as sell your products or services… AND helps you with your search engine optimization (i.e. get your website ranked higher on Google), is the ultimate goal on line.
Creating a fan page is quick and easy and will undoubtedly put you pages (rankings) above your competition. Make sure you update your fan page as often as you possibly can.
And remember, this is part of an entire online marketing strategy. Connect your fan page, website, blog, podcasts, Twitter, LinkedIn efforts. If you don’t know how, find someone who can help you.
Action Steps:
1. Create a Facebook fan page.
2. Update frequently.
3. Connect to all of your other websites and web based marketing efforts.
