You think why would you mark or sharing a page or article? There is no special reward for it. The simple answer is that doing it because You want to help others to find out what you found out you just because you're a good man who wants to share his knowledge with others...

Well, it's really the site (or the site owner) that gets a lot of advantages. It helps in gaining more visitors, increasing traffic and the popularity of the site. As for you, and the others who "share" and "bookmark it", you do a somewhat noble and charitable work in helping that site gain the advantages i have mentioned. Just think that you like the site enough that you want more to know about it

Bookmarking or sharing a page lets you form a connection with fellow bloggers and web owners. It gives you social credibility because it shows people that you are willing to spend some time promoting somebody else's work. The good thing about this is if people will start seeing you this way, they will also reciprocate by sharing your articles to others.

Actually you define the value. If You want to bookmark the page you can choose the option or hit control + D or if it has no value you do nothing. If you want to share you repeat the process but substitute sharing and click the option and whom to send it to. This is all defined by you when it is dependent on self value.

You can do it but before posting someone else article it is recommended that you rewrite in your own words. Otherwise search engine will not index it.

Put simply, content curation is the process of finding existing, relevant content and sharing it with your online audience. Rather than creating every new article, infographic, video, or blog post yourself, you can add other people's content into the mix.

GIF sites did it frequently.
