That's absolutely correct! Traffic can't be estimated. SERP and competition keep on changing.

Cannot be estimated exactly, but it can give you a clue
I usually use this tool : trafficestimate.com and it is very good

i could not open the page , error 403 but i tried traffic estimate dot com and that's good and shows the last 3 months of traffic of my site.
