I don't know about the best one, but I am using google keyword planner which works well for me.

Thare are so many keyword planner available but paid keyword planner are because free keyword planner not give all matrix so use paid and get all features.

As per your need find the best keyword planner which suits your requirement. I will suggest the Google keyword Planner tool because this will give clear data insights than others. Apart from this you can go with ubersuggest, Ahref, SEMrush

Hello,
I thing that Google Keyword Planner in your Google Ads is really good.
For Bing, i don't think it works so good.
And more, Bing hasn't so many research as Google.
I also use SEOPowerTools wich i think is good (not free).
