Please Help i can't get listed for a certain keyword

Please help me i have been trying for months to get listed in the search engines for the keyword "holiday rentals"
I think i have optimised my site well enough for this keyword http://www.la-calahills.com
and when i submit my site to directories i have the keyword "holiday rentals" in my title and description but it still doesn't show up,
I know it is a difficult keyword to get listed on but it must be possible i just don't know what else to try.
Can anyone help please.

Just keep building quality links, try buying qaulity links from directories i did it and it worked well for me.
