Domain with Domain Ownership Protection

Does anyone know how to find the owner that has a domain with Ownership Protection?
Some one told me that he found something like this because in the time between registration and enabling the protection ownership the details are available and records are being made.

Guys let's not just post to get the signature stuck in the thread. It is cheap! Yes, the thread is a good one and if someone points us to a tools that uncovers the WhoIs privacy, this would be a kick-ass application. However I doubt that one exists at the moment.

When someone is on WhoIs privacy, the domain registrars just not announce one's contacts to in public and keep them into their internal databases.
